Municipal Officer elections are held in May, as needed.  Mayor and Places 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 are elected for three-year terms with Places 1, 3, 5 and 7 expiring one year and the Mayor and Places 2, 4 and 6 expiring the next.  The following year would not have an election for Mayor/Councilmember unless a vacancy should occur.  

The next General Election will be Saturday, May 12 , 2012.

Posted Notice of Deadline to File Applications for Place on the Ballot.  Candidate Packets are now available at the City Secretary's Office.  The Filing Period is February 4, 2012 - March 5, 2012.
