The City Desk newsletter is inserted into customer water bills every month. Stories center around municipal news designed to educate, inform and promote ordinances, rules, events and activities. The 2007 Voter Attitudinal Survey reported that 84% of the voters surveyed found the City Desk to be a useful information tool produced by the City. More than 14,000 pieces are delivered each month.
