Mission

The Facilities Management Division is responsible for the upkeep, maintenance and improvements to all municipal buildings to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all visitors and employees.

Facilities technicians ensure that City buildings meet all federal, state and local codes.  As of the year 2010, the Facilities Management Division has responsibility over 24 buildings that have a combined area of 314,000 square feet and a total value of over $33 million dollars.
